“There is beauty and opportunity in reimagining fleeting moments from our everyday life into functional displays of art and decor. ” Dalia Aly, Arch. Product Designer

This workshop will focus on taking a simple glass bottle from your day. Be it a juice with breakfast, or a soda with lunch and reimagining it into a high-end working lamp. Using basic everyday items to be found around most homes and spaces. On day one, we will choose our components for the lamp and learn the basics of spray painting to get a perfect finish every time, along with the techniques required to make your own home decor using household items. On day two, we will be putting together the painted components and assembling the lamp. The goal behind this workshop is to aid attendees in expanding their mindset and thinking outside the box when it comes to recycling and upscaling.
